Basic Training and Maintenance Services
1.
Basic training and maintenance services include but are not limited
to:
A.
Application software and basic computer systems training.
All classes are a mixture of lecture balanced with hands on
applications. In addition to the classes outlined below. We can
offer a wide range of introductory and advanced classes in most
application software and networking systems.
B.
Troubleshooting, routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of
computer systems, networks, and printers.
We are an authorized Lexmark sales and service representative.

Application Software Training:
Textbooks can be provided to you at cost. The classes listed below
can be scheduled at your convenience. Classes will be conducted on
your site using your systems and software.
A. Introductory Classes focus on
starting the software, creating, editing, printing, and saving
files, using Microsoft Wizards, and disk management.
Emphasis is placed on hands-on applications using the software.
1) Basic Software
Applications:
Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
2) Advanced Software
Applications:
Expand on the skills learned in the
basic application classes.
B. Computer Systems Training:
1) Basic Computer
Troubleshooting:
(6-hour Class): A basic class in computer troubleshooting and
repair. Topics include an overview of computer systems and
identification of parts, troubleshooting methods and basic user
level repairs and/or upgrades.

System Maintenance:
A. On-Site System Maintenance:
Computer Systems For Tomorrow will provide complete on-site
maintenance of all your computer systems, printers, and networks.
This will include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and
repair/replacement of defective parts and equipment.
B. Off-Site System Maintenance:
In addition to on-site maintenance, computer systems or printers
that need extensive repair or to be rebuilt will be transported to
our facility in Camanche for repair (parts cost is not excluded).
C. Unlimited Telephone Support:
Computer Systems For Tomorrow will provide unlimited telephone
support for all of you facilities. Questions on basic
troubleshooting, software or hardware installation and upgrades will
be provided at no additional cost.
4.
Pricing:
A.
Computer Systems For Tomorrow can provide these services at an
hourly, monthly, or annual rate.
1)
The normal charge for on-site training, repair, or maintenance is
$35.00 per hour or portion of an hour.
2)
At the end of each month Computer Systems For Tomorrow will provide
a detailed report of hours worked, repair parts used, and training
conducted during the month.
3)
The hourly, monthly, or annual fee does not include repair or
upgrade parts or software. However, our customers receive the lowest
price possible on all parts and software provided by Computer
Systems For Tomorrow. An annual contract does not, however, limit
you to purchasing only from Computer Systems For Tomorrow. You may
purchase your hardware and software from any vendor and we will
provide your technical support. However, if you have systems that
are currently under a manufacturer’s warranty, that vendor should
provide the warranty service for the equipment. We will work with
you and your vendor to provide this service if you request.
4)
Computer Systems For Tomorrow will invoice you once a month for any
repair parts used, additional hours, in excess of the maximum
contract hours, or software purchased for your facilities. These
invoices for parts, labor, and software are billed NET 15.

Computer Systems For Tomorrow Guarantee:
Computer
Systems For Tomorrow offers an unconditional guarantee for all work
or services provided.
A.
Compete systems, parts or services must work to your satisfaction or
they will be replaced or refunded NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
B.
If after your first training session you feel the training was not
conducted to your specifications there is NO CHARGE.
C.
Manufacturer’s warranty applies to all parts or complete systems.
